THERMOTIC DRAINAGE PUMPS - 110 /50 hz Gomco thermotic gastric drainage mobile pumps are engineered to provide suction by alternating the expansion and contraction of air within a cylinder at regular intervals. There are no movng parts, for quieter operation. The pumps are designed to operate for an extended period of time without attention, while solid-state controls help to assure mild suction.
Stands include 3" non-marking casters, handy cord storage, chemical resistant stainless steel top, compact stand design, float shut-off assembly, graduated 2800 ml glass collection bottle or 2100 ml disposable canister, bacteria filter to prevent fluid and aerosol contamination (Models 6000 and 6010) hospital grade plug, and are UL listed and CSA certified.
Suction systems include two presets drainage levels (90 mm Hg and 120 mm Hg). All models include illuminated on/off switches and pump cycles light.
Model 6010: This unit is similar t model 6000, but includes a flushing device. Each stroke of the mannually operated knob is engineered to deliver approximately 35 cc of solution to help keep drainage tube clean and clear, and to help eliminate the need for hand syringes or disconnection of the nasogastric tube. This pump is designed to automatically resume suction after release of flushing stroke. Clear glass flushing solution reservoir holds up to 500 ml of fluid.
