Simple to use, lightweight and easy to clean. Composed of two plastic- coated, closed-cell foam head supports, a universal attachment base and two durable head straps. Base plate fits on all wooden, aluminum and plastic backboards except the E.G. board. Head supports may be used on standard backboards or turned around for use on the Scoop stretcher.
Features: Unique head strap fits snugly on the patient's forehead. Large ear holes facilitate monitoring of the patient's ear canal. Minimal interference with X-ray, MRI, or CT scanning. Waterproof plastic coating allows easy cleaning and sanitizing to prevent bacterial growth and blocks absorption of blood or body fluids. Meets FMVSS 302 flammability rating.
